Our Ethos

At Aurora Training we are all passionate about what we do, for us this isn't a 9-5 job; it's a brand ethos that we live and breath and demonstrate by our own behaviour.

Our 4 Power Vitues form the foundation of who we are and what we represent:

These are our virtues but they also come across strongly in our training materials used in our Sales and Leadership Training Courses. They are backed up by our Mission Statement which is how we serve our customers;

Our Company Values define our standards of behaviour and how we interact with each other, our customers and suppliers whether it is a 1on1 session or one of our training courses.
