The rolling yearly programme is designed to stand alone as a distance learning product, or to link into an existing sales, leadership & management training or coaching programme. It is ideal if you are looking for a non-intrusive service that supports your own ongoing Personal Development, or use it to maximise your results and stay on track following an intensive Aurora Training programme.

Included in the programme:

Bi-monthly Webinars	Top up your knowledge with these interactive live on-line learning sessions. All you need is 30mins of your time, access to a PC, access to a telephone and pen & paper at hand.
Quarterly Audio Programme	Every quarter you will receive the latest trainng and personal development tips & techniques on and audio training programme. Ideal for listening to in the car or on your MP3 player. Listen to an example extract of this quarters Audio Programme
Free Ongoing Support	Oftern a crisis comes in waves, be it personal or in your business; that's when our support service becomes invaluable. One of our trained team members will offer you support, coaching, advice and agree clear actions and outcomes, either via email or the telephone.
Repeat an open course	All Members are able to repeat previously attended open courses and only pay the day delegate rate of the hotel (normally about £40 includes 2 course lunch)
Invite to free members events	For example, "generating appointments day" where attendees spend a morning filling their diaries and then celebrate over lunch.
